Today was a BIG Day!

Brody lost ANOTHER tooth. I think that makes 4 since we got here just three months ago.

And.............

Wyatt Broke his leg. His tibia bone (which is the shin bone and main bone of the lower leg) is broken in three places. It is 12:38 and he is finally asleep. He fell asleep a few times for about 5 minutes and then woke up. He HATED the splint and my husband finally convinced me to just take it off and now he is asleep. I just hope he doesn't try to move or stand up. I will be sleeping on the floor next to him (trying to) while he sleeps in the recliner chair.

Oh my gosh TAMMY!!! I am curious to know what happened....poor Wyatt! That is so sad. I can't imagine a broken leg. I'm sure you will somehow make it through...you are such a great mom! Good luck and I hope cute little Wy Wy can sleep and deal with his leg in a cast!

Our UPDATED Story!

We have made the hard decision to split our family up temporarily so that our boys can attend the Balance Center to treat their Autism, ADHD, etc. There are no centers near us so the three kids and I moved across the country leaving my husband home working extremely hard to support us on this journey. We will be here at least 6 months and after that we don't know, but we do know that this is the beginning of a journey that will change our lives forever.

The purpose of this blog is for me to document every last detail of our journey so that I will never forget it and so that I can track their progress day by day. It is also to keep friends and family updated of how we are doing. I decided to keep last names and locations private but leave the Blog open so that anyone that is searching for answers or information on the Brain Balance program can read it and make comments/ask questions. Please feel free to pass the link on to anyone you know that has a child affected by one of the disorders listed above.

UPDATE:
We are back home from our session at Brain Balance and the boys both made incredible gains. (Read below for their updates). We are now on a new journey! We are opening a Brain Balance Center in Southern Utah and then expanding into Northern Utah shortly after. We have a lot of work to do, but it is so rewarding. Our boys will be continuing in the program until they have meet all of their goals and no longer have a "functional disconnection". (Meaning, no more autism/ADHD/Sensory disorders) I will continue to post as often as possible and keep you updated on our family, the progress that the boys are making as well as the progress of our center. It is so exciting and the most amazing opportunity that we have to take the miracles that we have witnessed with Brain Balance and give them to other families.
